Ventura was wrong in one thing.. On April 10th 2008 when he was interviewed he was wrong on thinking Ron Paul was over. Just like most Americans were tricked by the media, Ron Paul did not officially drop out until June 14th or so. Why not a Ron Paul/Jesse Ventura run in 2012, they would be a great team.

Libertarians only see the state as their abusive parent. They ignore how capitalism, private property, and the free market are also abusing authorities as well.

Kuragxo: A-narchy in its root definition is simply the opposition to rulers. So, 0-gov't libertarianism fits that criterion.
Secondly, you seem to be implying that 0-gov't libertarianism is opposed to "collectivism." That would be absurd. Human life is always a mixture of both collectivism and individualism.

3rd: OK, there is a difference between us on hierarchy. I don't have a problem with people voluntarily entering into hierarchical relationships. Question: would you use physical force to stop people from doing that?
4. Every economic system uses capital and is thus by definition 'capitalist.' Even voluntary socialism.
I think that's a red herring. The real issue it seems is who owns the capital. Ie. Are people free to own it or does the State restrict them?
