| Thats great and all that they exercised their right to vote, but for what cause? Because he's black. No, I am NOT racist so don't call me that.. most of my friends are black and they openly admitted to me that they would vote for Obama just because of his "race." | its not like they have jobs. they live in the 9th ward. one of the most crime infested nieghbords here in new orleans. it is also an almost complete section 8 (welfare) neighborhood. i dont understand why everyone is offering to rebuild it when there are beautiful neighborhoods that were destroyed during the storm. |

| I guess they figured the lower 9th ward residents did not have the means to rebuild..the East got messed up bad too, but the East also has a few very rich residents..Lakeview also was middle to upper middle class...Lower 9 was mostly lower income. |
