i think sydney is muc much better. as u can see now all you can see is a smog and luck of fire works colour.and lack of presentation. can imagine what you can see are those firework technician roamming around the ocean bed which make only an eyesore. unlike sydney it's really magic everything is done perfectly

Sydney was so much better (and always will be), that lacked passion, imagination and colour, and it was confined to that wheel thing. While Sydney uses its whole harbour, buildings, express ways, and of course the Bridge to fire pyrotechnics from with animated rope lighting, plus where was the sound track BBC One!?

I'll agree with the harbour buildings and bridge thing, but IMHO a soundtrack kind of takes away from the spectacle. Its a bit tacky. The fireworks themselves and the soundtrack of big ben is all you need...
